DW, DD(9) and I just sent our paperwork in for our "new" home @ BWV, Yeahhhhhhh ! Going for 1st trip home Dec 06. Just wanted to take a second and thank all of the wonderful DVC'ers on these boards for all of the information you cover on here. We are going to be taking one of my DD friends along and was wondering how the children's activities are at the resorts? Thinking of going to PI one night, but I don't want the girls to be bored while were having fun. Any help would be greatly appreciated, the girls will both be 9yrs old when we visit. Thanks in advance "neighbors", I"m soooo excited!!!!

Are you planning to bring the kids with you to PI or have them stay at one of the kids' clubs?

I will try to answer your question both ways. We have brought our kids to PI and they are younger than your DD. They have a blast at the Adventurer's Club and 8trax. We generally arrive when PI opens and leave by about 9 - 9:30, by that time, I don't feel they are exposed to too much craziness and we still have a great time.

We have also used the kids' clubs on many occasions too. There are many video games and activities for them to enjoy. My kids beg to go at least one time each trip.

Although we LOVE the Adventurers' Club, much of the comedy is adult in nature with many sexual overtones.

Before you go, drop them off at the Neverland Club (Poly) and everyone wil have a blast that night.
