something I did just realize: (just FYI for others that may be thinking about the options):

You can easily buy SSR on the resale market right now for around $84. That's $20 per point less that the rack rate required by disney to get the developer points. So, after closing costs, those devloper points on a 240 point contract really cost around $4,000, not including the increased interest on any loan (if applicaple).
