Lauren- DH found a PB substitue the last time we went to the grocery.
And dinner.....load up your normal portions and then put half in a tupperware in the fridge BEFORE you sit down. After you eat (and drink more water) you can go back and get more if you're still really hungry. I also added vegetable broth to my snacks list. I heat up 1/2c in a mug for my evening snack. Fills me up!
I would love the PB brand...I am not sure if DH would eat it but I'll try anything!

I like your idea about putting half away before I sit down...problem is...I serve family style which can be a problem...I may stop doing this for a start.
I also like the veggie broth idea...kinda like the weight watchers soup.

Hi, am I to late to join??? I need to lose about 55lbs. I am not going to Disney until February so I have more than enough time to do this.

The more the merrier. I need all the friends and encouragement I can get. As soon as I start using the word Diet, I start cheating.
I did pretty good at lunch I had a fruit salad and a small roll and water. Tonight we had leftover beef sandwiches,snap peas and 1/2 apple.
You did really well today!


I did pretty good. Drank the water, did the treadmill for 22 min...didn't eat AS much!
