You should diffenately file a police report with Anaheim PD. I'm sure this happens quite a bit. If enough people file reports, maybe the media will get a hold of it and publish the stats on it. That might embarrass Disney enough to do something about it. Or discourage people from bringing strollers.

Since the stroller was found on property, intact, likely it was just accidentally moved by someone else or a CM.

2. The media has published stats, in fact, and as recently as a couple months ago. Their stats say less than 1 stroller theft per month.
