we ate and we are exhuasted......part 7

Today is our last day at Disney......we decided to go to MGM studios and see some of the things we missed ........our friends did playhouse and we did Star TOURS......MY favorite........heck all the rides are my favorite......we got tossled around good and walked off under our own power......we then walked over to Backstage tour and my hubby volunteered me again for the show........this time .....they thought it would be cute to put me in the boat house and I had two instructions......do not .......no matter what.....do not look left.....and to answer the phone when I was told to......so I looked right and over came the really big need to look left.......but I didnt'.....good thing too......thousands of gallons of water cascaded over me.......and the seat prevented me from being thrown around......I laughed so hard that I could not stand it......naturally they all got a big kick out of that.....we sat outside after the tour ......and messed around with MAX goofys son and also mecco......they cannot talk but they are a riot and we had a great time with them..........after the sweat was rolling down on me we decided to take a bus to Epcot.....we left our friends at mgm too......We had a 30 minute wait for test track and then we were on.....I love the thrill of going fast and knowing that I will stay put.....I did pull a muscle in my back from holding my self stiff.......didnt' want to fall out....had a good laugh afterwards and walked to the pin station and then over to Innovations to send emails........we love to go to Figment and then the fun place afterwards.......sent out some of those crazy ones.......we didn't do Mission space ......anyplace that passes out barf bags first is not my cup of tea.......
we decided to go back to our room and get swim suits on and go swimming in the quiet pool.......nice lazy day....
after we rested .......we decided to go back to Epcot and go for supper early at Biergarten......in Germany.......we had a great buffet as always and enjoyed the people who shared our table with us....
Ulterior motive for EPCOT was to go and see the Grass Roots....we remember back WHEN......the group was as good as the old days and we stayed for the three sets.....great old group to spend the night listening to......
Back to the hotel and packed for home......we leave Disney Friday morning........we are tired but rested......we had a good time

I would have loved to see the tons of water pouring over you - sure hope hubby got pics - a grand day for all - and to end it with the Grass Roots - I am jealous

DH and I got sucked into the preshow at MGM in October. I hated putting on those boots! I don't wear my own wet shoes, let alone boots other people have been wearing all day. We were the deck hands and didn't get too wet.
