at BCV in October and we were not given the option of concierge level. Do they have concierge for suites at BCV?

According to the Passporter," both the Yacht & Beach Club (now mind you they do not say the villas) offer a luxurious concierge service with slightly larger rooms on the fifth floor. In addition, 40 special suites (20 in each resort) range in size from a junior suite to a two bedroom suite to the ultimate Presidential Suite." So, my advice is if you want to go concierge, you need to call Guest Services and speak with a CM.

No there is no CL option when staying in the DVC portion of the BC. I beleive this is true of all DVCs except some rooms at AKV.

Ok, so are there any suites that have CL option at Disney?

All the deluxe resorts offer concierge level suites. The villas are part of the Disney Vacation Club and offer studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom villas.

BCV has no suites, only villas, since it is part of the Disney Vacation Club. And the only DVC that has concierge possibility is the AKV located at AKL on the 5th or 6th floors (and not all of them are concierge). There is no concierge option at BCV.
