Connie, I'm subbing!!! I didn't get through all 63 pages yet, but I'm reading! I found Janine's PTR through Pam's and here I am!

Hi Connie! Sounds like you've had some busy days with the little ones! I am looking forward to some slower days so we can sit down and do some ornaments and such. Hopefully after Saturday things will slow down some. This Christmas float is taking a lot more time than I anticpated. :goodvibes

Hi Ginny! Without being too nosy, can you tell me what area you are from? I shop in Nashville about once a month. We love the Disney Store at Opry Mills. You must be pretty close to me. :goodvibes

Hi Leanne, I live in Missouri. Over by Branson. You know the large suburb. My daughter Sandi lives in Nashville. Down in Belvue actually. She works in Franklin and her husband works from home but his office is getting ready to move downtown to a high rise and he's excited about the move. It is an 8 hour drive for us but we usually get over at least every 6 weeks or they come over here. We shopped Cool Springs and Green Hills Mall last weekend. Austin was bummed we never made it to Opry Mills. We usually go but the clothes he wanted are from the Buckle and there isn't an outlet for that at Opry Mills.

Good morning Connie. I love scissors. Paper dolls are one of my fav things. I know still. I was thankful Sheri liked them as a child. Sandi did not have the patience. I would go get me a set now just to cut out. I don't play with them. It's the cutting out thing. Ok, I have way too much free time. But thanks for the memory of cutting paper.

Have a grand day. Hope your weather is good.

Kisses to Peter Pan and Tink

Morning Connie,

I guess everybody in your house was hootin' and hollerin' when the Saints won again last night. We aren't football people but John did watch part of the game.

Hope you're having a great day!

Hey, Connie. Popping in!

Yay, you're now under a year! How exciting! :dance3:

High fives to PP and Princess C!

Hi Ginny! How neat that your daughter lives so close. I know exactly where you are talking about. We live in Bowling Green which is about 45 minutes north of Opry Mills. I love the Mall at Green Hills too...gets me in trouble though. I'm a big fan of Pottery Barn Kids and especially the apple store. Cool Springs is a great mall too. That's known as Miley's mall at my house. :lmao: Opry Mills works well for us because my DH can hang out at Bass Pro for hours and I can shop till my little heart says stop. Hope you found some great bargains in Nashville last weekend!

Leanne

Hello everyone (Ginny, Mel, Leanne, Jen, Lisa)!!!!

just getting a moment...the weather here is horrible (our typical December weather) rainy, damp and cold (not your kinda cold). we went to story time at the library today; lots of fun...they showed the Pluto's tree (something like that-the one where Chip and Dale are in the tree and driving Pluto nuts--hehe). We made a door hanger so Santa knows to stop and leave their toys.:santa:

Poor Chloe is not feeling well; yesterday I found an ulcer in her mouth (told mom how to tend to it--but, she cried so she did not do it--why do I have to be the bad guy  )
so, this morning after dressing her and brushing her teeth I doctored it up for her...came home and she was running a temp of 101 (now, I feel bad--I'm hoping she does not have anything serious we could have spread to the other kids--she was not running fever before we left--but, I could tell she was down a little)...

going to make a gumbo Ashton should like it and if I get it done before Chloe leaves I know it will be a good and easy dinner for her tonight.

NEXT POST: NEWS ABOUT DAYNE'S TRIP!

:wave2:Connie

Recieved an email with the information regarding room rental age...their policy is very interesting:rolleyes1
HERE IT IS! (thought I would share JIC anyone ever wondered)

Connie, the minimum age to reserve a room is 18.

With proper documentation it is permissible for minors, 14 through 17
years of age, to visit the Walt Disney World Vacation Kingdom
unescorted. During such visits the eldest or primary minor will be in
charge of the younger guests, with the names of all minors previously
listed on the reservation when booked.

A letter and parental agreement, separate from the confirmation, will be
mailed to the parent / guardian at the time the reservation is
confirmed. The parental agreement must be filled out completely and
notarized, then both the letter and parental agreement must be presented
to the front desk upon check-in.

Interesting news on the Hotel policy at the World. You know most hotels you have to be 21 because they have room service and order liquor to your room. Are the boys he is going with going to be 18? or are there some younger? I know you would hate for Dayne to be responsible for anyone. Well I would anyway. That is why Sheri is taking Austin to Cancun. She and Sandi are going to have one room then the 4 boys that are going can have the other. They are there in case an adult is needed but the boys can't leave the resort without them. That is also where the cruise is good. There has to be an adult. You can't cruise without an adult till you are 21 on some lines and 24 on others.

Have a great day Connie. Give Peter Pan and Tink hugs and kisses.

Ginny

Good morning Ginny,
yes, there will be two boys who are 18 and Dayne and another will be 17. The reason you mentioned is why they do not want to go on a cruise. Although, I don't see why he thinks it would not be fun to go on a cruise with his buddies and their dads :confused3
Dads are nothing like moms they let the boys alone and do whatever they want :rotfl2:

But, I really thought the minors under 17 was really interesting :rolleyes1:

Have a great day! rain finally ended just a dreary day...
:santa: Connie

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Love the pictures. How did my main squeeze bust his lip? Poor fellow. Did you get out the campho phenique? Sp? I am addicted to that stuff. I know it says not to use inside your mouth but it is the best stuff for acid sores (too many tomatoes). And hang nails.

Poor dear Chloe. SHe just gets over one thing into another doesn't she?

I saved his pict to my computer so I can just look at his sweet face once in a while. I AM NOT A STALKER!!!

I promise. Just a grandma who loves children and yours just happened to fit my needs. 1. A name
2. boy
3.cute as a button

Awesome! Toy Story 2!

My real mother had that for Mitchell LAST YEAR, but she hasn't seen him yet to give it to him. It's been two years.

Her DH called me yesterday to see if they could come over Saturday. I said NO. I'm proud of myself. She's not going to pop in and out of my child's life like she did mine. So "N.O." :snooty:

I was feeling a little guilty about it last night, but I am sticking to my guns.

Ashton is such a cutie!!!!

Good for you Mel. I know that is hard but there is no reason to start something again that she has no intention of finishing. You have to be the adult and do what Mitchell needs not her. I am way proud of you. You know I'd send that DVD to Mitchell in a heartbeat if your DH would let me.

Poor Chloe!! Hope she is feeling better.:grouphug: It's always hard when kids are sick. Where did you find TS 2?? I've been looking for it but I thought the stores got rid of it to go get people to see it in theaters.:confused3
Sorry to hear about the bad weather. Why don't you come to FL; we've been having good weather.
I never knew Disney had those age rules. Would Dayne be the oldest?
