FAVORITE CHARACTER LOCATIONS:

MK: The Judges Tent...always lots of great ones in there!
AK: The entrance...always some unusual seen ones here!
DS: The entrance her also...some good ones! Oh, and by the Big Hat too!
EPCOT: In one of the Innovations buildings! Also, all around the countries...sometimes you have to go in & keep looking though.

I hope to try and make the rope drops this year so I hope to catch the ones in the front of the parks this year w/o much of a line...that is how we caught Pinocchio (sp) and Snow White last year. We did not try the Judge's tent so we are going to have to give that a try if we have time this year.

I love meeting the characters in the square on Main Street when the MK opens! It's a great way to start the day!

Oh...and meeting Buzz and Stitch over by the Carousel of Progress was great too...NO LINE!!

We love meeting characters in EPCOT both in the countries and at the Character spot in FW. We always get the Times Guide and plan out who we want to see then head there when they are first going to be there/open. The lines are usually a lot shorter. As the day goes on it gets crowded. I will get James to put a Postcard in the mail for Ashton this weekend.

Barbara (disney333<) had mentioned in her thread about the character spot in FW to try and hit it first thing in the morning sometimes you can get a photo with the fab 5 together...
I was going to try and breeze through the countries but I will have to be certain to check them out for characters, thanks for the reminder on that one, too!

I have never made it to a robe drope before! I just always get lucky I guess running into characters at the entrance either when arriving to the park or when leaving. I will never forget years ago, before EMH was included for resort guests, when you had to pay an extra $10 at night to stay for the extra hours. Loved it then! Park was always empty. Anyway. The first time we ever did it, I believe it was in 1999, at MK we got SO many pictures with the characters! It was amazing! They were all over! No lines or anything! Oh how times have changed!

Don't worry about it, I do that too and I am also bad about thinking I posted on someone's report and then find out either I didn't or the post went poof .

It seems like just yesterday that we all started planning our trips and now they are almost here . I wish you could have gone at the same time too, but you will be able to come back and let us know how HOT it is down there.

I try to tell Dallas he isn't too old for the characters, but he just at me. Deep down inside though, I think he still likes them, but he doesn't want anyone to see him with them........

I missed my 20 days countdown mark...so, I guess I'll have to settle for the 19 day mark!

19 DAYS UNTIL WE ARE IN FOR OUR FILL OF MAGIC ​

over the weekend Gwendolyn decided her and Joe would share a room with Dayne and Luke. So, I checked with everyone again this morning, spoke to my mom and mentioned I was calling to cancel the third room. She said NOTHING! so half hour later I am on the phone with the CM working on the rooms (I was getting antsy with the way she was doing it...but, good think she did it that way!) my mom calls while I'm on the phone w/reservations...well of course I do not answer it --that would have been rude. So, she calls my cell...well I was holding while the changes were being made...its mom saying NOT to cancel the room her and daddy has decided to join us!

so, as of the moment --waiting for them to come over and pay me for their room and tickets...to join us on our Magical Adventure...

Dayne is thrilled...
Danny said OOOoooo boy!!!
and Gwendolyn said she wasn't coming--because Nana was going to hog all Ashton's attention
and I'm just going do my own thing let them all know what me and Ashton plan to do for the day and they can join us or go do their own thing...

NO STRESS!!! on this vacay...I'm going to the land of magic and plan to keep it that way

been working on our posters for our rooms with the park hours, fireworks, parade times... and my daily itinerary cards.
