We are all bummed. Too many conflicts within the group, that we are not going to go this year as planned. After all the planning and anticipation, that is so hard to accept. If I were a 3 year old, I'd toss myself on the floor and spin in a RAGING FIT!
I might just do it anyway...

Awwww I'm so very sorry! The thought of not going to Disneyland or WDW at least once a year would depress me as well. Maybe planning for a future trip might help?

We'll throw our fits together. I'm still waiting to see if it will be ok to leave mom and go. They say they can tell her in a month how the chemo and radiation are working. They should know at that time if she'll need surgery or not. Hopefully thing are ok and we can still go for a few days. Probably not the week we wanted, but maybe something. I have until March 19 to pay or cancel.

Anyway, I know how hard it is to give in and cancel!

I'm so sorry. I know how it feels. We had to cancel our trip for last year so it will have been two years when we go on our next trip.

You could always save the money you have planned for this trip and make the next one extra special. Upgrade to a nicer hotel, or a nicer room or suite at the same place. Or a longer stay!


And I think you should have a hissy fit like a three year old. I know I would.
