I wish I could move to Florida, but the sweltering summers remind me why I don't move there. Then the below zero winters here remind me why I should move to Florida. I can't win.

My husband pretty much has a standing offer at a hospital an hour south of Disney. Melbourne Beach area. It has taken us a while to sell our home. Who knew firing the realtor and dropping the cost would be the key. I was very skeptical about selling on our own. I still am. I will be happy after we see the attorney on Monday and I have a contract in my hands. But I am way happy for now!!! So send me all the good luck pixie dust you have.

I also plan on moving to Florida eventually. My mom will be retiring soon. We only have each other now, no other family. I need to pay down some debt I have and then I will be looking for a government transfer. Maybe in 4-5 years. It may take a little while but I will be joining you.
