IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!
We arived Sunday and are staying at Hojo, premium third floor room. Great beds, nice nook by patio door for extra cot, so it isn't in the way. The view of fireworks from the Jacuzzi was amazing!
We arrived at 2:00 and our room wasn't ready. We left our kids in the pool area (18,15,12) in the pool area and Sis and I took a taxi to Vons, and bought too much food
. Got back and found the fridge wasn't on.
Couldn't get the thing to work finally phoned front desk and found the breaker to the outlet needed resetting.
Spent rest of evening wondering through downtown disneym listening to the musicians, enjoying the lights, shopping and eating at wetzels. We should NOT have down that! Now we all just keep saying ...maybe we should go for a pretzel!
We rushed back to the hotel and Jacuzzi to watch the fireworks... they were amazing!
Yesterday morning, we ate in our room and were at the gates half hour before opening...
Went to Cityhall to get Sis's birthday GC, and button, while teens went to edge of town to wait for rope drop, to sprint for SM FPs.
Sis and I had a coffee. Twelve year old pressed pennies, and listened to party lines.
In the morning we rode the MH twice, jungle cruise, POC twice, Tarzan treehouse all with no lines! Got SpaceM FPs. Then we went to first seating at Blue Bayou.
Waterside seating, great food. We had the jambalaya, and monte cristos. Too much food! Even for my teens (hard to believe)!.
Then we left the restaurant and we couldn't believe the crowds!!!
Where did all these people come from????
Rushed to do the HM, the line was long but not as long as it got later on.
Got FP for HM to go again later.
We separated then. Teens, used Fps for Splash, used Ghost Galazy FPs (they said they missed the original, Ghost isn't dark enough... but admitted it was scary), Buzz, Thunder Mountain.
The rest of us, went to winnie the pooh, fantasy land, it's a small world, Honey I shrunk the kids, shopped...
Met at Bill Hills, enjoyed the show.
We then ate at the Bengals... yum.
I loved the lights turning on, so lovely. We used the FP's for HM. It was so fast and the mansion was gorgeous. I loved the overlay! CM were great at scaring my sis, kept popping out and saying Happy birthday. Rode the jungal cruise at night. Very nice. Did the tiki room with dole whip. I will always love that place! Then caught the fireworks from New Orleans. Caught the train to fantasy land. Rode teacups, 3 times. Rushed to alice in wonderland. It broke down!! Then rushe to PP got in the line 10 min. before closing, it was along line, but they let us all ride. Loved it.
Park closed at 9:00, we walked out slowly... enjoying it all.
Now I need to rush to prep for MM... yeah!!!!!!!
