We are halfway there!

I am sitting in Dobson North Carolina at the Hampton Inn. (free wifi, yeah!) The kids have been truly amazing. No fighting, no crying, no whining. I was so worried driving with a 2 and 5 year old but they have been great. (Thank goodness for the portable DVD player!)

We should be at WDW by 4pm tomorrow. I did forget my digital underwater camera but maybe I can pick up a cheapie at Walmart.

Safe travels!

DW loves her underwater Olympus camera. Also safe for the beach to keep out the sand which can wreak havoc on the lens.

If driving from the Toronto area you are more than half way!

So how was the first day of travel?

We are leaving next thursday (Oct 1st) and planning to reach Charlotte on the 1st day. What time did you leave home and how long did it take you to reach Dobson, NC with driving and stops. We live in Whitby and will be driving with a 6, 5 and 18 months.
