We are going to see The Wiggles!

I bought our tickets on Saturday when they went on sale. I managed to get floor seats only 14 rows back.

MIL is treating us to the show since she loves The Wiggles too. (She watches it in the morning so she knows the songs when Avery comes to visit. ) It should be a fun time!

My almost 2 year old was watching their Hoop Dee Do tape this am (love the name!) and was dancing around. Oh I wish they were coming to Mass.

I have been meaning to go to their website and see if they were coming to the US anytime soon. I looked at their schedule for the first time last Wed and was so excited. I was willing to travel if they were going to be anywhere close and lo' and behold! Not only were they coming to Dallas but the tickets were going on sale on Friday! I was so excited!
I have the website up for Ticketmaster at 9:50 and I keep hitting "refresh" until they finally show up at 10:00. I am willing to pay for the most expensive seats (my DD6 has iffy vision even w/ glasses). I first get in the top section. That totally stinks! I try again and get top again in another section. At this point I think I am going to lose any chance of tickets so the next time the top section comes up I grab it. I am so bummed because I know there is no way she can see very well up so far away.
A few minutes later I try again, even though I have already bought 1st set. Don't you know I get all that way down to the 2nd section, dead center. Of course I buy those as well. I am now in for about $400.00 Wiggles tickets.
I have 2 sold in the top section and am trying to get rid of the other two.
That was WAY too stressful! (not to mention expensive!)

Are you really supposed to bring roses for Dorothy? I know the song and all but didn't know people really did bring them Can you take them to the front during the show?

And the worst part is I can't even tell my kids. I have decided to make this part of their Birthday presents and the 6YO's B-day in in July and the 3YO is in Sept. Since the show is in Aug. I will have to spill the beans on that one.
My goodness- We just got back from WDW a couple of months ago. We are going again for 2 weeks in July, Wiggles in August and we are going on a week cruise during Thanksgiving week.
Believe me - As a child I did not have it ANYWHERE this good. My DH says I am reliving my childhood the way I wanted it! LOL!
BTW, in case Mom sees this - I really did have a wonderful childhood (Just no WDW)!

Yes, you are! The boys will come down and pick them up. At least that is what I was told by someone who went last year.

Oh My Lord!! I wrote that story myself LAST week, trying to get these tickets! In Chicago, of course.

I'm going also and so far, 4 of the 7 additional tickets have been promised. I'll try Ebay to sell the other 3.

Have a great time! We went last year also and, enjoyed it! My niece is coming with us this year, she's only 18mo! My Mom is also coming along, as our guest. She has to listen to them while watching my niece! LOL
