Hi

We are back and already feeling depressed. Its raining and looks awful. We had a couple of hours nap so we are feeling a little fresher, but not completely. So please ignore any spelling mistakes etc...

Highs

MNSCHP was awsome. We had so much fun and the fireworks were spectacular. Best we have seen. We were so impressed. The parade was good we really enjoyed that. It went so quick though.

Fantasmic as always. Loved it. We did the fantasmic dinner package so we knew we would have a seat. We dinned at Hollywood and Vine. Its ok average really.

Kraken was excellent much better than rock n roller coaster, although the initial part was good. It seemed to tame down towards the end.

Flight with Virgin was great. This was the first time we flew with them and we loved it and we wouldnt fly charter again. The entertainment was great lots to watch. The service was really professional and they were good with the twins. We had games on the way home, which I liked but dh didnt use it as he bought a PSP out there.

Islands of adventure was cool. We loved the rides and being able to buy a fast pass ticket for $15 was a real time saver. We rode spiderman twice my daughter 4 times. We liked the baby swap there on some of the rides waiting near the exit it saved so much time.

Liberty Tree Taver the food was lovely and the characters we sweet. We would definately go here again.

Being there was the best of all LOL!

Lows:-

Wilma we were lucky that it didnt go through central florida, but we still had high winds and heavy rain. The night before we were caught out with the rain as Wilma was near to main land. Disney closed thier parks till 13:00 and opened MK and Epcot. We went to Epcot as we thought everyone would be there, but no everyone came to Epcot as the beach boys were there!

ASM Transportation wasnt that great. We appeared to be the only hotel the All Star Resports who had massive lines at the end of each park day. Perfectly healthy adults not offering thier seat to children who were falling all over the place. We travelled with a party of 5 and took up 3 seats and some times 1. My dh had both boys I was in charge of pram and bags. As the boys were really clingy with Bruce. If I was sitting and noticed a child stanfing I was soon to offer my seat. I was a little annoyed with that and being crammed in like sardines. I dont have a problem with disable people honestly dont, but there were people who were using the electronic bike things and sometimes were waiting for ages for the bus and they literally just came as the bus pulled up and were seated first and not only were they taking up 3 seats with the machine they stood up and sat on a chair, whilst people who needed them stayed on them. I heard one lady say she is using it because it saves her legs and its easier to back track around the park. She hurt her foot a few years ago and hired one then and would never go back unless she had her electronic car. She got up from her car and took up another two seats. I was so annoyed whilst my dh is staning up with the 23 month old boys, Casey 5 standing and myself! Nobody offered thier seat. There were days where people who did offer thier seat. Next time we are hiring a car for 14 days and going to an apartment.

Garden Grill I was little dissapointed this year. The food changed and it was poor so we probably wont go there again.

Other than those lows we had an amazing time and are already planning our 2007 trip! :Pinkbounc

Sorry if I bored you

Michelle

welcome back...

on those occasions when we took the bus and left at closing time, we also noticed the All Star lines as we passed by....it seemed to stretch on forever...

i found the same problem at pop !! i have never seen so many moterized buggies in my life :confused3
and i always got my kids to sit on our laps, even though others didn't bother

Welcome home Michelle!

Did you enjoy Movies apart from the transport issues?

It was nice, but would not go there again just because we are too big family for them now. Also would like the privacy of washing etc.... but the hotel itself is fine, but very busy. I didnt feel the disney magic there this time round not sure why. I would still recommend ASM if you were on a budget, if you could spend more I would recommend that.
