We are BACK! Had a great time!

Our rental house was AWESOME...and very close too! We loved it! The parks were as ususal perfection! Traveling with my Mom in her electric wheelchair for the first time could not have gone smoother. The Cast Members are so great!!

We had a wonderful 'captian' on the jungle cruise in MK...she was so great that when we went on again at the Christmas party she was there and told us she would take us on a private cruise....and other than a few stray people she did! It was so fun! I would love to write to Disney about her...anyone know how to do that?

My little Noah (5yr) was chosen to pull the sword from the stone and be the Ruler of the Realm and he LOVED IT!! My Husband and I were chosen as extras for the Indian Jones Stunt show and we have never laughed so hard in our lives!!! What fun that was!



The weather was cool but wonderful...the only bad moment was when mom had an item stolen from her wheelchair(a souvenier) she was devasted so I told a nearby cast member and he gave me a ticket to have it replaced!!!!!!!! Disney Magic strikes again!

Also I was told that ANY item lost (even oops I dropped my icecream) under $25 will be replaced no strings attached!



I will post some pictures as soon as I have a spare minute.

My husband who is a pressed penny FREAK was running like a crazy man trying to get as many as possible...now he realizes he did not get enough penny books! Does anyone know if you can buy them at the Disney Store or online?

Anyway just wanted to say thanks for all the great tips! We used many of them!

I am sad to be back in cold frozen north but hope to return someday!

Sounds like a great time. I know on the Theme parks board someone posted the phone number for Disney merchandise. Look forward to seeing your pictures.

Your trip sounds great! What kind of vacation home did you get? Did you find it on a website? We have had those real magical Disney trips so I know what you mean!
I NEED a trip so badly, it hurts. DH can't get time off until Feb though

If you don't have any luck with the penny books at the disney merch. number that someone posted, try www.giftsofalifetime.com (I believe that is correct!). Very, very expensive, but if I remember correctly, they do have the "authentic" WDW auto books and penny books. ..........P

My DH was doing the same thing!!! Going nuts with all the pressed pennies. I think he filled up three books on our trip.
