We are a "moderate" family! Who else is?

My DH & I stayed at ASM in Oct 99 without the kids and it was nice enough, but I wanted a little more romantic for the two of us. This time (Sept 03) we are trying the CBR. But to be honest, from the various photos I have seen, I dont think the actual rooms are much different between them once you step through the door. Its what you see before you get to your door and how it excites you. I am really looking forward to a more romantic setting. With our kids, we would probably opt for a value to spend more on them and they would enjoy the value just as well. We are actually looking forward to a future visit to the campground. We have heard it is unbelievable if you enjoy that type of thing. :bounce:

Our first family trip was in June '02.

I always believe in doing things for the first time in as nice a way as possible. The luxury resorts were out of our reach but the moderates were okay for us.

We stayed at the CBR and it just blew us away. We felt the theming was terrific. The lake was gorgeous. The pools were wonderful. The beaches were pristine. The food court was clean and tasty.

Our room was plenty big for the DW, DD5 and me. It was super clean and our water view in Jamaica 4251 was awesome.

The bus service was perfect.

Our entire Disney experience was absolutely phenomenal!

We didn't think we were going back so soon, but our next trip is in August. After saying how much we liked the CBR and would return in a second, we do want to see how other resorts are to compare. So we're giving the CSR a shot after reading so many positive things about it (Buzz2001!!!!).

My wife really likes southwest decorations so we think we'll love it!

Moderates all the way!

Moderate family here too and it doesn't have to do with finances. We have stayed at the CR and WL. But when we went to PO we got hooked on the mods. Have stayed at POFQ, PORS and CBR. I feel so comfortable at the moderates. I love the landscaping and the evening strolls at the moderates, in addition to having a choice of the theme pool or quiet pools. You can't beat the food court for a quick bite to eat. Our family prefers outside access to our room too. Go moderates :p
