We have six people on the board now! That's awesome! I have decided that since we are halfway through the game I will switch to FastPass signs next week. I have a lot of those saved, so I think it will be fun to start using them instead of the wait time signs!

Alrighty everyone, I'm finally back for a real update! I have been meaning to post my countdown chain since I hit the 100 day mark and I'm just now getting around to it! I guess that's not too bad, I'm only 8 days late! Okay so here is what I created.

I decided to put the chain going up our banister so I could really see a difference as it got shorter.

At the top I have this:

It's not very creative, I'm afraid. I have a bunch of Disney scrapbooking stuff, so I just used some of my stickers to decorate it. But I was proud of myself for making one at all, so I'm happy!

My sister is the coolest person on the planet and the most creative lady I know and she made me a chain for my mom and dad's house that is AWESOME! It is "Mickey colors" (red, yellow, and black) and each link has a Disney fact on it. I love it! I stay with my parents a lot when John is away, so it's nice to have one at both of my homes!

In other news...

I am really excited because I finally cashed in my Disney Movie Rewards last week! Here is what I ended up getting:

I absolutely LOVE Jim Shore! I have a whole bunch of his angels, but I don't have hardly any of his Disney figurines. That is what I really want to start collecting now. I asked for one for Christmas, and now I'm getting this one! Peter Pan is not my favorite Disney movie, but I'm not complaining since I got this baby for free and they are $70 on Ebay! Although, I really want a Lady and the Tramp one, so maybe I could sell this and get that instead...hmmmm....

I love the countdown chain! I did one similiar like your sister did last trip. It was easy!!! All cut & paste, just like in Kindergarten! I have no Disney figuines, yet. I would love my very 1st one to be Cinderella or the Castle. I just have way too many great memories with Cinderella now to ever have another Disney favorite character.

When you buy a Disney DVD, they come with a card inside with a code. You plug it into an account on disneymovierewards.com and you collect points toward items in the catalog It's basically a reward system for buying Disney movies!

That's exactly why I never throw anything that comes in a DVD box away Unless it's dated, anyway. Like "Enter this contest by ___ and win". Or just filler paper. Then again, we don't have any kids in the house who'd be opening the DVD cases either. If you sign up for the account anyway, you get 5 bonus points a month for reading the monthly newsletter
