WDW's website is down now???

I just went to stalk the special offers again (yes I'm anxious) and the page won't load. Says the site is down or some sort of error message to that effect.

Does anyone else get this?

Maybe it's because they're updating it to reflect the new promotion(s)?

I just went on there and it loaded. The free dining promotion was gone but nothing else added.
