WDW World of Disney Store- Alice?

We were at the World of Disney Store in Downtown Disney in mid-December. They had a construction partition around the giant Alice. I haven't thought about it again until now. Can anyone tell me what they did back there? I hope they didn't remove her.

I believe that's where the Bibbity Bobbity Boutique is going to be.....

I really liked the big Alice. That's too bad. I guess I'll have to see about the Boutique.
