Taking my children to WDW and they haven't been there in over 10 years. They are getting to the age where there won't be too many more family vacations and I wandered if anyone had some "must do or see" ideas. Want to make the vacation more than memorable.

Going one month from today!!

We went last year as a family at the time I was 19, my brother 17, and sister 15 and let me tell you we had a blast. My brother who was not looking forward to going on a family vacation on the last week of summer ended up having a blast and saying he'd go back again next year. Don't know if you have girls/boys but like someone said the Aerosmith Rock n'Roll Coaster and Test Track and Mission Space were all great and I think you may be surprised by how much fun they have. Like you it had been a good 8-9 years since we had gone. We stayed at the Poly and my brother loved taking out the little boats on the lagoon and my sister did too. Just be careful about how much of a strict schedule you stick to, sometimes just "winging it" or asking what specific thing they want to do works too! Have a great trip! :wizard:

We have had several vacations with DS as a teen, and one thing that helped us was to let him have some feedback on attractions and restaurants.

Don't forget about Disney Quest at Downtown Disney. Great fun!!! Dh and I go there on our adult only trips.
