I had my right knee replaced in 2007. In 2005 I had my ACL and Fibular Osteotomy done on my left knee/leg. My right knee doesn't give me much problem anymore but my left knee still gives me problems (aching/swelling).
We have our trip planned for 10 days in November/December. I have been trying to ride the exercise bike every other day for 1/2 hour to strengthen my legs up for all the walking I'll be doing at WDW. I am trying to work that bike riding up to everyday for an hour.
So far, I am planning on wearing moderate support hose on the flight and walking around WDW to help with swelling. I plan on sitting in the hot tub every night if possible too. And ice packs.
I'm not anticipating having any problems walking or standing in line, just going to pace myself.
Any other advice for doing WDW?
