WDW with 18 month old questiom

We are taking our two to WDW in October. DD will be 4.5 and DS will be 18mo. Last year we went when DS was 6 month and it was a breeze because I just threw him in the baby bjorn and he was content. At 18mo he will be too big for the bjorn. My question is, beside using a stroller to get from place to place in the park how did you carry your 18mo around on rides and in lines?

Im taking my 20 month old this coming week. I bought him a backpack buddy from walmart. Gonna let him walk around as much as he wants to. Standing in line so I dont have to hold him the whole time and he can streatch his little legs.

I've been in the market for a good sling - you can use slings for up to 40 pounds. I'm trying to find one that's light weight. You can do the hip carry with your 18 month old. My son will be 16 months and I plan on using the sling in lines. Now I just need to find one I like. I just returned a Hot Sling from Target, I liked it, but was pretty much between sizes so it didn't work out.
Anyone out there have a sling that they love? Do share!?!

Our first trip, my DD was 18months, DS had just turned 4 and my other DS was 9. We used the stroller and then either carried her or let her walk. I don't remember it being a huge problem. If we were standing on a long line, I would just let her walk around in front of us. She played with my 4 year old.

I have an Ergo (love it) you can hip carry or back carry till about 40lbs.

We used the Ergo for DS at 18 months. It was great

We took our DD back in Feb when she was 17 months. We only had our stroller and either carried her or let her walk with us in line. It was no problem at all.

ERgo. We used it when DS was 16 months and will use it in Nov when he is almost 2. I use it all the time and even at home too. It is the most comfy carrier and I barely feel his weight.

our DD is also going to be 18 months. and she loves to walk... hopefully she will get tired and stay in the stroller...
