Where do I find the cute guys in skirts!!?? I love kilts/anything Scottish and they look like they are having a blast (quite literally on the bagpipes!) I would love to see them the next time we go, but I don't remember reading or seeing anything about them in Orlando - are they in CA?Oh and what are they called?

I'm not Debbie, but I think that I remember these guys being in Canada at Epcot (guess they must be playing on the Breton link). Being Scottish (and occasionally to be found in a kilt) I was a little surprised!
