Speaking of him, is it just me or did the US Armed Forces wait to see his fate first before sending his troop into active duty. Was it a coincident that he left as soon as he was booted? Please do not tell me that the Armed Forces put one man’s potential career a head of the Nation. Just curious

Oh boy, I go out on a limb and give my honest opinion it doesn't make some people happy. Hey, at least I'm not getting on to any of you for your opinions - I respect your opinions and I'm not telling anyone they're wrong. Wow, I will be glad when this show is over and done with.
Of course, many people think Celine Dion sucks and I love her music - I just don't want to hear it on the radio. I think that Pink sucks, but I'm sure there are people out there who love her - that's why she's so successful. I think that Britney sucks and we all know how popular she is. So just because I think someone sucks - it doesn't mean it's anything personal about any of you and it doesn't discount any of your opinions. This topic sucks.

I just got an email from a friend of mine that works at the accounting agency that handles the AI voting....the word is that Ruben beat out Clay by under 10,000 votes. Market analysts think it had to do with the extended voting period which tended to work against voters in the eastern time zone - geographically Clay's stronghold. Since most people in the East were asleep well before midnight, (most giving up when they couldn't get through to vote) it basically gave only voters in the mid and west coast longer to call in. Ruben has had strong support in the bigger cities like Detroit, Chicago, LA etc.

I saw my tape of Frenchy when she was on GMA yesterday. It seems that she's now in the cast of Rent and they performed the show's signature number. Let me tell you, if Frenchy hadn't gotten kicked off the show, she and Clay would have been fighting it out last night instead of Ruben. Frenchy had Ruben's personalty and twice the chops he has. Yes, Ruben is a great showman (and if you believe that relationship to the audience is anymore real than Clay's, you've been snowed real good). I can't argue with you guys about song style, but if you look at Clay and Ruben from a perspective of pure talent, Clay wins hands down. Ruben doesn't have the range, clarity of voice or dynamics that Clay has.

Say goodnight, Ruben. I hear Gordon Berry calling.

...now Clay vs. Kelly OR Justin vs. Ruben - THOSE would have been an interesting finish...

for that - my picks would have been Kelly and Ruben...

Yesterday I had the honor of attending my daughters 5th grade graduation. That is such an exciting age. She will be moving on to the Junior High next year, though they keep the 6th graders a little more separated from the 7th and 8th graders. I couldn't help but to tear up when they sang a song to all the parents after receiving their 5th grade certificates.

Then on the way home she peeps up "I broke up with so-and-so" and we were like, we didn't know you were going with anyone. So I asked her why they "broke up" She said he didn't like her for the right reasons. I asked what reason was that. He liked that I have big boobs. Oh Lordy does it really start this early??? We had gone from such an innocent, moving time, thrown right back into reality.

Anyway, thanks for listening to my story. I have called up the local convent and we have an appointment later this afternoon.
