WDW w/food allergies?

Hi All - Many apologies if this topic has been covered multiple times before. My family is planning a trip to Walt Disney World and my son has multiple food allergies. He is allergic to dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, soybeans and sesame seeds. I have heard that WDW is great when dealing with this issue.
Anyone who has any advice about food allergies and eating in the park, I would greatly appreciate it. I am wondering who I might contact about arranging special meals for my son at one or two of the Disney restaurants. Please reply or email me privately. THANK YOU!!

My son is allergic to peanuts/tree nuts and is a type 1 diabetic and the sit down restaurants have all been fine if not fantastic.
