I would never use ART. Too inconsistent.
I would use Uber unless my hotel had a shuttle that was regular and reliable.

Welcome! And from KY too! I went to college at UK and love getting back for Keeneland and visiting friendsI wish we could do PH too but one of those "it is either single day tickets, or no tickets at all" kind of budget trip. When is your DL trip?
Last week of July. Hoping that the D23 Expo crowd bump will be gone by then(though I know it will still be awfully busy).
