I won it through the magnificent mile in Chicago. It was a photo contest. I just posted about the details on p.33 but didn't post the pic. here it is:
dd was looking up at the john Hancock. She had been following it in the skyline on the interstate since she knew that's where we were going.

Heart beating out of my chest on Friday night when I pulled into the driveway at the EXACT moment that one of those small little FedEx vans pulled up to me house. Seemed like it took her 2 years to get out of the van. Not to worry though, just an extremely small package containing a LIPSTICK for dd from my mil.

I didn't win THIS trip(that I know of) BUT we won a Disney World vacation!!!!! Looking through the Official Rules of this contest and the one that we won the contests are VERY similar. We're waiting to officially hear back with the dates and where we'll stay and all the fun stuff. We are BEYOND excited. I've never won anything close to this in my life! Good Luck to all of you! Just thought i'd share my good news. And I'm also one of those people who assumes no one really wins these things. But now I'm proof that they do!

Congrats! We also won a trip, not this one, but from a local radio station. Something that surprised me was just how long everything takes. I won the trip last July 1st. I got the paperwork later that week which I filled out and promptly returned. I then heard nothing from Disney until October! That was when we picked our dates, hotel, etc. and we will be going this March. So yes, real people do win!

Came into work today and clicked on my link to enter. My work has banned the site. The reason is because of adult content. I am thinking someone in our IT department doesn't want competition. Guess I will have to remember to enter at home from now on.

I agree. When I won in 2011 it was a Radio Delilah contest and there were 10 winners. I had to wait for all 10 winners to certify before they would even send the info to Disney. THen it took another 6-8 weeks. So we found out we won at the end of January and did not get our dates confirmed until April at the earliest.

I was daydreaming about this contest earlier when my phone rang. I near had a heart attack. I was actually kind of disappointed when I saw caller ID that it was just my doctor's office about an appointment. This contest has me all riled up!!

My heart skipped a beat this afternoon when a package arrived from FedEX. While appreciate the efficiency of the company sending me my warranty parts so quickly, they should have warned be that they upgraded my delivery to overnight not snail mail. I just about had a heart attack for nothing.
