WDW Transport Questions

Hi,

Is there any sort of printed schedule - and more importantly a map that shows the bus routes to/from the parks and resorts?

We're staying at AKL (7/21 - 7/28)and trying to figure out whether or not to rent a car. I've heard some horror stories about 45 minute waits for buses. I'd hate to have to spend so much vacation time like that! If it can be that bad, we'd rather have the car.

Also, I'd hate for us to waste more time trying to figure out how to get where - we may want to visit other resorts or have dinner at somewhere other than AKL, for example.

Is there a map that shows where to get which bus to get to/from/between both parks and resorts??

I may still have some time to study them before we leave .....

We just returned - stayed at ASMo, not AKL - but had NO problems with the buses. They ran very regularly and maybe waited 10 min. at most at the resort.

The only time we had to wait rather long - was when we stayed for park closing (fireworks) - along with a million other people. But there is only so much the buses can do - since they can only hold so many people at a time.

I thought the system worked great - especially since it's FREE.
