My DH and I have been to WDW 21 times since our honeymoon but we have never taken a tour. All three of our children took at least 1-2 tours for kids and loved them. So my qoestion is can anyone reccomend any tours for 2 50 year old disney addicts. Any suggestions we are going in April and October this year. We would probably do the tour in oct.
Thanks so much, Denise

I forgot to add we're DVC and AP holders so if you know of any discounts I'd appreciate that info too

DGF and I took the Keys to the Kingdom tour in December and it was the highlight of our trip...Worth every penny. If you have been to the MK many times it is definately a fresh way to see the park and it gives you a healthy respect for what it takes to run a park like that on a day-to-day basis. It was alot of fun...We didn't notice, because we were so into the tour, but I have heard people make comments that there is alot of walking and you do spend alot of time on your feet, but there are also many sit down breaks.

I know there is a 10% discount if you book with a Disney Visa. I don't know about an AP discount, but I think I have seen people talking about one here on the boards.

We took Backstage Magic in 2000 -- expensive, but soooo worth it. Unless something has changed, it's the only tour that not only takes you in the utilidors, but takes you into the computer command center. They might time it this way intentionally, but when we got to the computer room, the Keys to the Kingdom tour group was outside the door and the guide was telling them that only a very small percentage of CMs ever get to go through that door. Cue us walking right in past them. Being the evil woman I am, I got quite a laugh out of that! :rotfl2:

Thanks we do have the disney visa both sound great anyone know if the backstage has any discount

i just booked backstage magic yesterday and we got an ap discount. i don't remember if it was 10 or 15%, but it was around there.

We did the Keys to the Kingdom tour on our honeymoon and LOVED it. It was well worth the money. You got to find out so much stuff that you would never normally find out about. It is quite a bit of walking, but we didn't have a problem with it and you had plenty of stops in the shade, plus lunch and a ride.
