WDW to SFB

Two members of my family are flying in and out of Sandford airport. I'll be able to pick them up but when it comes to flying home we will have to part ways since most of us are flying out of MCO.

We are having breakfast at trails end but will probably park at Wilderness Lodge and take the boat over. What's the best way to get two people with luggage from Wilderness Lodge to SFB?
