The night before your cruise departure AofA will let you know what time. More than likely it will be between 11:00 and 12:00.

As noted, you will receive a letter in your room the night before embarkation telling you what time to have your (checked) bags ready for pick up (inside your room) and where/when to check in for your bus. Most pick up times are in the 10:45-12:30 window, but can be a bit earlier or later.
