WDW to MCO travel time by car?

How long should we leave to drive from WDW (Wyndham Bonnet Creek) to MCO on a Saturday afternoon? 3:30 flight on Apr 13th. I heard the security lines are very long at MCO. Thanks!

Airport usually takes me 30 minutes from WDW to airport. I like to get to the airport about 2 hours early, so I leave WDW property 2hours 40minutes prior to flight time. I already have rental car filled (I do this at WDW; never had a problem with gas charge). I do feel security at MCO runs pretty well, but we have waited 30 minutes in the "family/medical" lines.

I made two trips in Feb and the security lines were long. The first trip was 30 minutes and the second was close to 40 minutes
