We go to wdw on Tuesday but we will have all day Monday to just sit around. We are staying at POR and its just my DH and i. So I'm thinking about taking my DH to Orlando studios that day. Just wondering what bus or trolley system is best. Where do I go to get on? How long does it take to get to and from Orlando studios? And. How often do they stop and pick up?

Are you trying to visit Disney's Hollywood Studios or Universal Studios Florida?

The former is one of the four major Disney theme parks on Walt Disney World property. It's easy to get to with frequent, free bus service service from POR. There's no published schedule, but you normally should not have to wait more than 20 minutes. At busy times, buses usually come more frequently.

The latter is one is one of two major Universal theme parks on Universal Orlando Resort property. Getting to Universal from POR is more of a challenge. A rental car would be fastest and most convenient.

Welcome to the Transportation board.

If you mean Universal Studios when you say Orlando Studios, then you may want to read the sticky thread on transportation to US/IoA just above this post.

I haven't been there, so I am unable to give you a definitely answer; however the info you need is in that sticky thread.

Good luck and have fun!

Sorry, yes I meant universal
Keep in mind that Universal has two different parks: Universal's Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida. Visit Universal's website at https://www.universalorlando.com to learn more about them.

For transportation options and discussion about them, see the sticky thread "Transportation to US/IoA" at http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2517318

You wrote, "We go to wdw on Tuesday." Does that mean just one day and just one park, possibly just Magic Kingdom Park? Keep in mind that WDW has four terrific parks and that you can't see and do everything even if you're there a full week.

I'm not trying to talk you out of Universal. I just don't know how familiar you are with WDW.
