WDW tix for DL

I kinda remember reading that the WDW park hoppers could also be used at DL (but not vice versa)? I can't seem to find that thread now. Does anyone know if this is true? I have 2 days left on an old PHP from WDW and could use those days for my short trip to DL (which would save me $116).

Go to mousesavers.com and look under Disneyland tickets. That is where I read about using WDW tickets for Disneyland.
