I need some advice on buying tickets for WDW.

Has anyone ever bought tickets from Maple Leaf Tickets located at the Maple Leaf Visitors Center? The have a 5 Day Disney Park Hopper PLUS 4 Option Days ticket at $265. for adults and $213. for children. Does the normal 5 Day Park Hopper Plus come with and additional 2 days at the Disney water parks, etc.? It's $4.35 priority mail or $3.95 area resort delivery charge. But you can also pick up your tickets at their office free of charge, no timeshare or hidden fees.

The Official Ticket Center recommended on this site has a 5 Day Park Hopper Plus for $256. adults, $205. for children, but I don't know if the water park feature is in addition to the 5 days.

I'm also trying to decide if we really need the water parks, as the temperatures should be getting cooler.

Would appreciate any help as we leave 11/29/03.

P.S. What does Epcot stand for?:

I can't help with your ticket questions, but I think I recall Epcot stood for Environmental Prototype Community of Tomorrow when it was spelled EPCOT. But, now that it's Epcot, I think they've stopped using it as an acronym and it's become its own word.

You don't say if the charge for Maple Leaf is C$ or US$ ... however, when you get a Park Hopper "Plus" it does contain the extra tickets for use at the water parks, DQ and Pleasure Island. They never expire.

A plain old Park Hopper (without the "Plus" in the title) does not contain the extra tickets.

The 5 day park hopper plus direct from Disney only has 2 plus features while it sounds like the one atr Maple Leaf has 4. They never expire so if you are planning to go again sometime the plus features will still be good for water parks or pleasure island. Only a few of the ticket brokers seem to carry the 5+4 passes. That seems like a really good price even with shipping or delivery costs as I think some of the other places are $286 for adult.

How can the 4+ be used? We aren't interested in Wide World of Sports or Pleasure Island. Do you have the option of 4 days at the waterparks?

You can't use your plus options to get into Disney Quest. The only tickets that include DQ are the PAP and the UPHP.

NO NO NO!!!

Every Person Comes Out Tired :p

All kidding aside, we have gone to MapleLeaf for tickets and had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone. Omar is such a nice guy.

thanks folks -- after many hours of searching for prices / deals - Maole leaf does seem best value considering the add on options. Just ordered four 5 day hopper plus 4 options....

Mapleleaf told me today that they expect to be sold out of the remaining 5 day PHP tickets with the 4 waterpark/pleasure island options with three weeks, so before Christmas. Disney was discontinuing this ticket and Mapleleaf bought a block of 500 of them. Once they're gone, they're gone. Then they'll have the regular 5 day PHP available. Although we have annual passes we needed to buy a PHP ticket for a foreign exchange student who is staying with us. Mapleleaf was a pleasure to deal with.
