WDW tickets bought from Undercover Tourist : Questions

At that time, we bought 4 non-personalized 10d park hopper no expiration tickets from Undercover Tourist.

Shortly after that, we went to WDW theme park, and with our thumb print, the tickets became personalized.


I am however concerned that we may our signatures on each others' tickets - ie signature and thumb print are not of the same person for each ticket. How do I find out (from our home in Ottawa, Canada) which ticket belongs to which person - I ask, because 1 of the party of 4, along with other family members, will go to WDW theme parks in a month. Even if her signature is on the back of the ticket - but her thumb print does not correspond to the back of the ticket -then she is in trouble.

Second question - how do we find out about number of days left with each ticket?


PS-I would prefer to do be able to find out the answers on a web site, rather than calling someone.

1. OK.
2. Don't worry about it. If (IF) there are problems, the ticket scans can be "reset."
3. Below is a quote from an eMail from WDW Guest Relations regarding this issue:

Greetings from the Walt Disney World Resort!

Thank you for contacting us regarding your unused Walt Disney World ticket media.

If you have not already done so, please send a copy of the front and back of your tickets, as well as a copy of your Government issued I.D.

to Ticket.Usage@DisneyWorld.com.



Include your name and daytime telephone number. We are unable to provide usage without these copies.

Please note, we are not able to receive messages or attachments greater than two mega bytes. If needed, send your files in separate messages or compress them prior to sending.

If you are visiting the Walt Disney World Resort within five days and need immediate assistance, please call us at (407) 560-2544, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm (EST). We may also be reached Sunday and Saturday between the hours of 10:00am and 5:00pm (EST).
