WDW Things you have wanted to try but never have

Before every trip I try to think of things we have never tried and we make an effort to see or do them. On our last trip we finally saw CoP. That one was on my list for three years!

I am knocking out a whole list on our next trip: 1st trip just DD and I, 1st Disney cruise, 1st Conceirge stay, 1st Illuminations and Wishes cruise's, 1st Cindies breakfast, 1st Princess Breakfast, and 1st tea party w/Alice at the GF. Whew, gonna be tired before its over.

Anyone else have a never tried it, but maybe someday list?

We have a whole list for our honeymoon in September!

Things we'll be doing that we haven't done before:

1.) Keys to the Kingdom Tour
2.) Staying in a Disney resort (two of them actually! Yea Beach Club and Polynesian!!! )
3.)Illuminations Cruise (provided our Dreams Unlimited agent can get one)
4.)LOTS of Disney restaurants
5.) character breakfast
6.) Lots of rides that we just skipped (I'm hoping that Stitch won't be finished when we go so that Carousel of Progress might be open!!! Haven't been on it since 1986!!!!!!!!)
7.) character breakfasts (Cape May, and once again, if my Dreams Agent can get the reservation - Cinderella's Royal Table)


I know there's more that I'm just not thinking of.

Lots of new stuff I am looking forward to trying on my upcoming trip.

I have founds lots of new restaurants I want to try from reading these boards. In particular, Garden Grill and Le Cellier.

Going to try parasailing for the first time ever. This should be fun.

And I am also going on one of the MK tours. Should be a great time!

I am hoping to do the new Segway tour at Epcot. We did the KTTK tour last time, and it was great. We've done every ride, so nothing new to try there (until all the new stuff is done). I would like to eat at different restaurants, but that's about it.

Have not seen Wishes yet and have never ridden Splash Mountain or Kali River Rapids. Would like to hit all of those on our next trip.

1.My first trip with just DD5 and me!!!
2. first time driving with just me and dd
3. 1st time staying in all star music

Now that I actually took the plunge and made the ressies I have to read the boards and find some new firsts for us.

Most of our upcoming trip will be new for us:

1. First trip with kids

2. First stay in a value resort

3. Family Magic tour

4. Character meals

5. Animal Kingdom

6. Most of MGM, since we were only there 2 hours last time

7. First trip with actual plans, that says it all! This time we'll have PS and everything, and know a bit about what we want to do at the parks, instead of winging it completely

2. First meal at LTT before MNSSHP
3. First time at Food and Wine Festival
4. First time seeing Mickey's Philharmagic
5. First time seeing Wishes
6. First time NOT going on IASW (and DH isn't that upset about it)
7. Trying Alfredo's in Epcot
8. Trying BWV (unless our waitlist comes through, DH really likes BCV)
9. HOPEFULLY, seeing Stitch's Great Escape!!
10. Parasailing (I have always wanted to do it)
11. Taking a Mouse Boat for a spin

Whew - we also like to try a couple of different restaurants, though we have our favorites that we just can't pass up. DH loves Beaches N Cream and we both love Le Cellier for lunch.

- Adventures in Cooking (when we have kids to bring)

I did mine on our last trip, the beginning of this month. I had never been on the carousel. Watch the Grandkids ride numerous times, but had never been on. Told Dh I wanted to ride and he was fine with it.

We lucked out. When we went to get on there was no line and I had my choice of which horse I wanted to ride. I enjoyed very minute of it.

I really believe that is the only thing I have wanted to do and had not done.
