WDW Special Needs Contact Info??

Hi All,

Does WDW provide an email/phone number for guests who have specific questions regarding special needs prior to arrival at the park? I've searched and can't seem to find it.

For example, I wanted an official list of attractions that have a moving walkway to either load/unload or on the entrance/exit and cannot find one. I hoped to contact WDW to get it.

There is a member for special needs arrangements for rooms and also to make reservations for tours, etc
There is no number foe the kind if specific information you are looking for. Since calls to WDW End UP GOING TO A call center, you may or may get a CM who really knows what you are asking.
If you look in the disABILITIES FAQs thread, you will find a link to the Guidebook for Guests with Disabilities in each park. That is the information that anyone you called would use. They are kind of general overviews and don't give the kind if info you are looking for.
Also in post #3 of that thread there is more information like links to past threads. Even though it is not completed, there is also some information in the EPCOT FAQs thread near the top of this board.

If you are interested in a book, Passporter's Open Mouse would also be helpful.
