Hello all!

From my experience (and I could definitely be wrong) most of the character breakfasts serve identical scrambled eggs. These eggs (I've had at Crystal Palace, Chef Mickey's, and Akershus) are quite possibly my favorite food in WDW.

Does anybody have the recipe? I've scoured the web with no luck. How DO they get the eggs so fluffy, moist, and delicious.

Thanks!

I read on the Dis that they put the egg mixture in a plastic cooker style bag and put it in boiling water

I dont know if it is a powdered egg style or real eggs but I just LOVE them and I make sure to eat them almost every day :rotfl:

Don't know how they do it at disney but at home I whip my egg whites till I get to the white peak stage and then folk in the yolks. I do this with omlets to and it works really well.

They may cook them the same way but they actually don't use the exact same egg product at each place. I'm allergic to beans and many of the prepackaged egg products use bean gums as stabilizers. This has consistently been the case at CP so they make me real eggs in the back. At Tusker House they say their eggs only have citric acid as a preservative and they are cooked in margarine. We eat at both these every trip and it has been like that consistently for the past few years and my most recent trip was March. QS places always deny them being powdered or the egg beaters type with bean gums but I've gotten sick from them every time so I don't think they are real eggs and I've stopped trying at QS.

They are liquid eggs that come in bags. You just throw them in boiling water until they are cooked. I cook these at work. :)
