WDW schedule question/s? **Update, any thoughts?**

Cape May breakfast (or maybe Donald's Breakfastosaurus) on Saturday (her BD), then AK till closing,

Not sure if you knew, but as an FYI...Donald's Breakfastosaurus is Christmas themed for the holidays ;)

Sounds like a grand time for Natalie, Dan :) :sunny: ::MickeyMo

I guess you are doing the father daughter thing that Mark and Miranda did a couple of weekends ago. How wonderful.

Of course both of them had been there many times before so it was a more relaxed mini trip, a pre trip to the one at Thanksgiving.

Don't forget the fine art of swimming in a pool, a quick ice cream cone and some fries at the AK. They had a LOT of fun just doing the simple things and have some great pictures to show for it.

I hope to see you around while we're there and meet your beautiful daughter.

Take care.........

Sounds like a great schedule Dan!! :bounce: Make sure Natalie brings some good walking shoes to keep up with you. ;)

Sounds great! Now I want to go!

Oh yeah -- I AM GOING! hehe Dec 4 -14. I think I better get a plan together. Maybe I'll just copy yours. :teeth:

Have a GREAT TIME!! Hope to run into you somewhere.

We'll be there Dec. 1-6. I'll keep an eye out for you. Hope you and Natalie have a wonderful time. The two of you might enjoy the tea at GF if you have any time available. So little time and so much to do.

Dan, be sure to request Auntie Claire at Prime Time and tell her "Mare says HI!". :teeth:

Have a great trip...sorry I'll miss you. :(

And trust me, Auntie Claire knows Mare!!!!:teeth:

I agree with Pandy Paws also. MK on a Sta.? Ugh! No fun for Natalie and you want her to really enjoy this I am sure. I NEVER do AK on EE. I made that mistake once and will never do it again.
I think flip-flopping those days in a great idea.

I'd also treat her to MVMCP. That was very special to me, I enjoyed that a lot. Get your pics made together (Oh, are you taking your camera?? LOL) as a keepsake of this special time together during it. As magical as MK is for a b-day, it will be more magical the day before IMHO.

Did you see in the Mickey Moniter that Illuminations has a holiday ending? "Let there be peace on Earth" will be added to the ending. I cry at Illuminations and I know this would really trigger those tears!

Not with Natalie, but are you signed up to do the Yuletide Fantasy Tour? I thought of you when I read about it. Maybe you have done it before? It sounds great to me. I would love to do that one. I think spending the month of Dec. would be fun at WDW!! :teeth:
Enjoy your trip!

Yes, Donna, I did see that, and would also put us in AK earlier. Hmmmmm. Are you working that day?? :wave2:

Denise, Mark and Miranda were there? Cool. Scoping the place out I suppose. :) I do hope to have a little 'down time' here and there. And do hope to see you guys there, along with SplshMtn99 and slimplaw. Hmmm, a tea? Will my big fingers fit in the petite handles?? :)

I was debating MVMCP, Bren, but I think I will wear her out (maybe me also, I have MVMCP on both the 30th and 7th). We are going to be on the go quite a bit, and was thinking of MGM evening things that night. And I did see that new Illumnations ending listed in MM, sounds great. I do that too. And as for Yuletide Fantasy Tour, yes, I did that one, I think in '02. It was VERY nice, as are all the tours, very well worth the time and money.

And yes, Colleen, I best remind her on the shoes, she does like platforms, LOL.

 Don't want her to end up on "BadShoes at WDW'!!!

Better remind her, there is no way she'll keep up with that schedule in anything but running shoes!

Sounds like fun! Enjoy!

::yes:: Yup!! :)

Dan, be sure to tell Natalie to bring along some clothes that she can layer. It's been warm during the day, but has been cooling down at night. I went to DTD tonight and wore sweat pants and a jacket and was very comfortable.

And any more advice here? I want to do AK on Friday, including, hopefully, Jammin' Jungle (now Christmas themed), which is at 4, and try to be at MK for the flag retreat at 5, to take some pictures for someone, then an open evening for whatever. Any ideas on that, time-wise and all?

Hi Dan!
Just wanted to let you know that Mom and I will be in AK on Friday the 3rd, we will be watching the Parade from our Preferred viewing spot that came with the Silver Package...no clue where it is, but maybe we will see you there!!

Edited to add....nevermind
Im losing me mind!!
We are actually going on the 4th to AK, I was sure I hadn't picked an EE day and when I read down and realized that the 3rd is EE I knew I had my days mixed up!!

What day are you there then, Stacey, the 4th?? That is our day too now, I think, the 4th. So confusing every time I go to WDW, LOL. :faint:

Dan, your schedule looks good. Just make sure to request PandyPaws (aka Donna) when you ride the safari, and look for me near the entrance :) (looking forward to meeting you .... I assume you'll schedule a larger DISmeet for sometime during your trip as well?)

yes all this planning is very dificult!
We will be there all day on the 4th....welll all day until we have our PS at Alfredo's at 7:45.

I plan on looking for all the CM DISers in AK that day!

Forgot to mention in my first post that the Jammin Jungle (Or Jingle Jungle) parade will be at 3:45pm, not 4pm during the dates that you're there.

Bren, I heard about Aunt Claire, I do need to ask for her. :)

Donna, I did switch our Cape May to a 9 AM at Donald's B. Also switched our Plaza R to California Grill, that was Natalie's favorite back in '99, she still talks about it.

Peg, clothes are the toughest part of a Dec trip, seems like we need to bring everything. :faint: Forecast is currently nice, upper 70's, low 80's, with about 60 at night. :sunny:

Hope to see you there, Eric. And yes, we will ask for Donna's truck, we had her last year, good driver too. As for bigger meets, I think the bigger ones will be at the various MVMCP's. And then a lot going on a MouseFest with all the various Disney websites, guides and all, but I will be leaving as it is starting. It is quite a bit later this year than in the past. Deb said it will be earlier again next year.

And Stacey, I am sure we will see you guys.

(I feel like Snoopy coming back to this thread, she does such a great job at that :))

Dan we have a PS for Donalds on our AK day, is that the day you are going? I believe we have a 8:00 ps or around there.

See ya REAL soon!

You mean I will be there when Dan Murphy will be there? Interesting.

Maybe I'll run into you, if you don't have meets planned!
