Does anyone recommend any WDW restaurants for young teens that have excellent food and a fun atmosphere? So far we have WCC and 50 prime time booked (tried both before)? Any other suggestions??

You nailed my first two choices. Sci-fi has a fun atmosphere, but I sure wouldn't put it in an "excellent food" category. It's good for desserts; we seldom have a full meal there.

'Ohana can be a lot of fun. My DD has loved it for years ... since her preschool days on up to her older teen years.

And if they don't think they're too old for character meals, then you've got beaucoup options.

I can think of nothing better than embarassing a teenager at 50's I would go there again!

An off-the-wall suggestion, perhaps, but we've collectively fallen in love with Raglan Road in Downtown Disney. Food is just really fine - there's something for most any taste - and if you eat late enough, there is superb Irish entertainment.

I've sort of turned into a goodwill ambassador for this place. Even if you don't "imbibe", it's still a blast.

Our kids loved Jiko. I know that isn't exactly a "fun" suggestion, but the restaurant is beautiful, the food is fantastic (both kids ate heartily - even picky DS), and a trip to AKL to see the animals on the savannah isn't something you can do at home (at least not around MY home! LOL!).

Our older ones (14 & 17) love the Sci~fi and Ohanas. We always do Sci~fo for lunch and have always had great food!
