WDW Resort Dis treasures DVD?

OK, perhaps I am in the street here, BUT, why is there no resort dvd set? It would obviously be more than 2 DVDs, but I think the following is there. It would be a great start for those that want more park info than included in a vacation video, etc. And for a disney/ history buff type like me it would be great!

Also, has anyone been able to do a DVD capture of any of the shows that aired on the Travel channel? According to the TVL Chan rep, there are no plans to make these (WDW Resort: Behind the scenes; SECRETS: WDW; Tokyo DisneySea)

I would like to have all these shows on DVD as well!! I do have most of them LOCKED in my Tivo, including the resort ones-WL, YC, GF, AKL, and the Disney park ones. I love to watch them, especially since its getting closer to going!!

any way you can send me a videotape of these? I have a video capture setup, but do not have Tivo. My plan was to get one (eventually, when they plan to re-run them) and edit out the commercials, then burn to a DVD.

I can send you $ for your time as well, so I can at least give this a try. I have a couple of em on tape, but the tapes are old, and were taped on my old VCR before I upgraded...

He has burned all four shows onto a dvd for me!

Actually, he was getting tired of the shows taking up space on tivo. Of course, I have all the other Travel Channel Disney shows saved to tivo. I wonder when he'll get around to those?

If I talk to him very nicely, MAYBE he'll do it.

I'm not really sure how to do all that or I'd just do it myself. Besides, the dvd burner is on his computer (at which he's always sitting).

I will see about taking him up in a jet and making him sick from barrel rolls, etc. Though that may not actually be an incentive...

I saw this thread and had to post. Some friends of mine, that I met on another unoffical disney board, love these shows and also have a TIVO. They did transferred these shows on to DVD, and of course, all their friends are clamering for them.

i have two of them myself - one is of each of the WDW theme parks, and the other is DL Paris, Disney Studios Paris, and Tokyo Disney Sea. I think my friends are working on more - Rita said she had 13 hours of stuff on the TiVo.
