Having spent quite a bit of time in SoFlo among Colombians, Brasilians and Sicilians, the "Masters" of the caffeine delivery system known as "coffee", I feel comfortable in stating that if you are relying on that instant Nescafe to fill in for coffee, you are in for a mighty dissappointment.
As stated above, Kona Cafe is very good if you're nearby. I also hear that AKL Concierge has a good coffee machine. Also, the Boardwalk bakery serves a good espresso along with CRT at breakfast.
Other than that, bring your own mix and percolator, or you will be in for "the shakes" after a day or so...
Hey RefreshedMom, don't laugh, but one of the best common blends readily available at
Walmart is the "great value" Arabica in the red can, if you percolate it. The drip machines simply don't produce very good coffee. You can pick up an "ok" percolator at Walmart as well, they run about $40 there. I recommend that everyone sticks with Faberware.
This is serious stuff. You don't mess with coffee.
