WDW Resort Codes for All to Use in Jan. 2005??

I've booked a room at the rack rate for 1/1 - 1/8 2005, now it's time to start 'trading up' . When do you expect to see discounts available to all? From past history I'd expect to see Value rooms drop to $55 and Moderates to $80 or so. Any ideas?

My source says as early as Nov.1st or as late as Dec. 31st. Not much to go on, sorry.
