Recently when we have booked with Virgin to go to WDW we have contacted WDW to get the reservation number from them prior to making ADRs. I have emailed them as usual this time so that I can use the online system when the time comes but they tell me they are no longer able to issue the WDW reservation number. Virgin don't know what I'm on about 
Not the end of the world if I have to go through the old phone call and use my phone number for the reservations but I would prefer to go online and sort it out. Presumably my other option is to book each day at 180 days out rather than using the 180+10
