We are bringing our own stroller and our own wheelchair. Can we get on the WDW railroad with them? The stroller is a foldable umbrella type. The wheelchair is a manual one, nothing big or fancy. I'm just wondering if we can take the railroad from one land to another, or if we will have to do a "round trip".

There is one car on the train that you can go on with a wheelchair and there is plenty of room to stow a fold up stroller in all the cars so the answer to your question is yes you can get on at any station [Main Street, Frontierland, or Toon Town] and get off at any other station.
