I really can not see my dd liking Epcot.. I am sure my self and dbf will love it.
I felt exactly the same as you the first time I took my DDs (then 3 & 6) but it is their favourite park
They absolutely love doing the World Showcase passport thing, and also the Kidcot Funstops. The entertainers always go down well too. They love trying different drinks and snacks in the different countries

If your DD likes Hello Kitty, do not miss the shop in Japan "Mitsukoshi Traders" which has a great array of them (at great prices compared to most UK ones).
In Future World they love the dancing fountain, Innoventions East & West (they would spend hours in here if we let them

), the Living Seas, The Land (especially now Soarin' is there). The Nestle Toll House Cookies demonstration is a nice air conditioned, seated diversion for adults (the children love it too

). If that sounds of interest I will dig out my trip report from when my DDs did that?
They also love Spaceship Earth, Figment, Ice Station Cool (or Club Cool as I think it's called now), the twinkling lights in the ground, the squirting water fountains and so many other things I can't remember them all now
