WDW Pilgrimage 2009, New Resort, Same Good Times

According to the Disney timer on my laptop, its 66 days until we return to the most magical place on earth.....and it couldn't be better timed. Its no secret that this past year has been dismal for a lot of people, us included. We lost a lot of family, I lost my job(details to follow), and the economy is in das duemper.



As much as we'd like to stay at our beloved Saratoga Springs, we were forced to make a few concessions. This trip we will be staying at the lovely Coronado Springs Resort. We will be arriving on April 9th for an envigorating 8 day stay. Ironically, this will be our longest stay since our '05 trip. We can look forward to days at all the parks, including an extra day to do half epcot/half mk, plus blizzard beach and universal IOA!

I wanna start packing already!! And its only Feb 1st.

........................Just did our taxes, and to much amazement we are actually getting a little back this year. The good news is it enough to cover our flight and have a little more "throwing around" money for the trip.

Last night the girls looked up a lot of information for the trip. My oldest Kara is the self-appointed scheduler for our day to day goings on at WDW. She picks the days when we can go to which park, based on things like extended hours and attraction times. My youungest Danielle is taking care of things like what restaurants to dine at and finding the best times for things that we can do on the few "lazy" days we have when we won't be going to a park.
