WDW Photo Scavenger Hunt

Hey Everyone. I came up with this Photo Scavenger Hunt idea while preparing for my trip to WDW last Summer. Before the trip, I compiled a list of Disney-ish words and phrases, put them all on little pieces of paper, and brought them with me to WDW. At the beginning of each day, I would draw a couple of words and then take pictures that represent those words. It was a lot of fun, so I'm doing it this year too. Here's the list of words I'll be using this year:

I really like this idea. We are leaving Friday and I think I may have to try this as well. It should add some interest, besides my kids , to the millions of WDW pictures I have. We should compare notes when we get back.

We won't be going until April, but this sounds like so much fun! I just got the Sony DSC H5 (and am loving it by the way), so the old Canon powershot is being handed down to my DD, and this would be a great way for her to build her photo collection. I'm going to print out the list and put it in our file for the trip - Thanks!! Can't wait to see your pictures.

I'm back with my photos. I randomly picked out two phrases to look for each day and here are my results:

Day One:

That's a really neat idea, meeko! I loved your balloon shot, too. Did you use a filter to get that soft lighting, or did that happen naturally?

I didn't use a filter, but it did take a lot of trial and error with camera angles and such until the soft lighting finally looked right.
