wdw parks and the X-360 Electric Scooter

I'm wondering if i can use a X-360 Electric Scooter at the parks. I found it at thegostore.com for a reasonable price.
What do you think?

I'd have to say no. It's not primarily designed as a mobility aid. Just like you can't bring a bicycle into the parks to avoid the long walks you can't bring a scooter in either.

It clearly say no scooters, so I would also agree that you won't be able to use it in parks.

it would definitely go to fast for the parks too! 17-21mph is waaay too fast. the rental scooters there, for reference, would go 3-5 mph, and that is as fast as you would be allowed to go.

pretty much, if a vehicle is not a mobility device (i.e. if insurance would not pay for it) and if it is designed for the street, as that one is, then it won't be allowed. sorry!

Unless there is a manufacturer certification that it is a medical device you cannot bring a two-wheel vehicle into the parks. I found the manufacturer's web site and there is nothing on it to indicate any of their scooters are intended for mobility needs of disabled people.

besides the speed, some of the other reasons that type of scooter would not be allowed:

• it has only 2 wheels, so it could be tipped over fairly easily when parked if someone bumps into it.
• sometimes lines move slowly or people in line need to stop. A 2 wheel scooter would need to be held up since it can't stay upright by itself under those conditions. That means it would not be useful as a mobility device.
